How long will this last me?
Are there any better builds you can think of for my price [0-475]

COST:457

SPECS:

4gb ram [crucial]

250gb hdd

Pentium 860 3.0ghz x2

Radeon 6670 2gb hd

win 7

7.1 sound

ECS X77H2-A3 [LGA 1155]

CS1-1399 Mid Tower Case W/ power 480 psu and x2 80mm fans

I mostly play medium gaming [older cods, battlefields, minecraft, valve based games] and usually get some newer games [bo2]

Do not buy the 6670. Instead, buy the 7750, or even 7770 if you can afford it. Where I live price is almost the same, performance is double.

Also, is that "7.1 sound" a dedicated sound card?? If so, remove it. Use the built-in sound. Use the extra money on a better CPU. I own the Pentium G840, and even though it's a decent CPU, it leaves much to be desired...
Can't play Crysis 3 for example, even on minimum settings.

At that price point, I'd consider an AMD A10 6800K, run it with a decent FM2 board and maybe add an AMD GPU later and run it in dual graphics. I can't find a bench right now but I'd be willing to bet that the native IGP in the A10 would run laps vs a pentium d860 + 6670.
