I dont get really what you are trying to overclock or accomplish? Can you speak in better English if possible?

Ozire we would be happy to help you!~ Acid be nice no need for that please. What are you trying to do exactly update the Bios on your motherboard from what I understood or are you trying to overclock your cpu using the uefi bios? Is that what you mean? ......You have the 970 chipset iam not fimilar with your motherboard but iam pretty sure it schould have an ( auto tune ) overclock option if it does just do a auto-tune to the highest possible overclock then download-Prime 95- and make sure your overclock is stable.
Also if you need a step by step just IM me ok? I dont wanna give people meterial to bash you just beacuse you are new! Totally un-cool.

If your cpu is the c3 stepping then it should should be able to run between 3.9ghz and 4.2ghz. Most will do 4.0ghz though. There is no exact way to overclock your cpu as every cpu is different. You will have to increase your bus speed to overclock this cpu as it has not got an unlcoked multiplier. This will also effect your memory speed so you will have to choose a different memory divider to stay as close to 1600mhz as possible. As a basic guide, dont go much above 1.55 vcore and keep the temperatures below 75 degrees which is the max safe core temperature though i reccomend keeping it below 70.

as for your ram, i would try and tighten the timings instead of increasing the mhz.

I cant say ANYTHING about the athalon but I can give you a good example how we overclock a Amd fx 6100. As with most people you would Increase your Cpu multiplier 1st from stock 16 to around 20-22....... Then ull probbly need to bumb your voltage a tad only 1 point or so higher thats .1! Then you wanna test with something like Prime 95 for at least a few hours I would assume so you dont have stability issues. Or you can Just increase your FSB front side bus-this in turn will speed everything else up in your system giving you the desired overclock example...... My FSB stock is 200 giving me 3.3 ghz on my cpu, I increased my FSB to 250 now iam 4.2 -4.3 ghz at 1.4 v cpu voltage! .......You need to bump up the voltage but be careful and make sure you test ok? The ramm overclocking you schould be able to pick what speed you want from your bios section in your motherboard, just set it it to 1600 mhz and fire it up ( thats it ) if it dosent work ull need to lower it to something like 1333 mhz.You need to exparement to see what works best for your system, every overclock and system is diffrent in some ways.
