Hi there. It doesn't look like money is an issue so right away I'll suggest you get more hard drive space and consider a more capable cpu/mobo combination.

do you own the cpu already? if not an i7 will do the things you mentioned a little better. that Sabertooth and the M5A99FX Pro R2.0 are the only AM3+ boards I'd get aside from the CHV. I don't know about the merits of 3xcf either. scaling can't be great with any of these motherboards and that cpu. you may want to look into the swiftech H220 cooler as well. it's pretty good performer and expandable.

I dnt own any of the parts, just needed an insight on how I could go about building my ultimate gaming rig, my last build was intel, so I decided to go AMD this time around, plus for under 200 bucks I get 8 cores!! My friend just built his, and he said it is a beast and super fast.

ah I see. well, as it stands, cores aren't everything. this cpu is a mixed bag. it's slower than intel quad cores in it's price range in many applications and gaming, while being slower still than hyper threaded quad cores (i7) intel multi threaded apps. in short, it's not an ideal candidate unless you have found a specific set of tasks that play to the 8350's strengths or are on a very tight budget. of course the latter is a non issue or you wouldn't be looking at $840+ in graphics cards and a $350 case. you could do better for your ultimate build.
