Logitech G300 VS Roccat Pyra VS A4Tech Bloody7

Thread Starter
I need to replace my A4Tech X710BH which now has a faulty scroll wheel after 2 years.
My max budget is $30
I do game a lot but I prefer durability over function, so I need a mouse that will at least last a year without problems.

Im liking the logitech G300 for the amount of buttons. I usually assign sprint, use, and firing mode (skyrim and stalker) to mouse so more buttons is better.
The Bloody7 looks good but im wary of the A4tech scroll wheel durability.
If you guys know of a mouse within my budget that has at least 5 buttons, please do suggest

Mice im considering, from top to bottom:

Personally I would discard zalman mice straight away. They are cheap though...

I use g300 myself. It's biggest selling points are onboard memory (when you set it up the way you want to, you can just as well uninstall logitech gaming software), and a nice number of additional buttons. Onboard memory lets you setup three different profiles for the mouse (every button can be mapped separately, different polling rates, different dpi steps in 250 increments and different color of the side lighting). It is quite small and can not be palmed. It tracks rather great up to 3 m/s (depending on the surface), some stutter can occur above 1000dpi (even more stutter on higher dpi steps), but from my experience this also depends on the surface and is pretty much inherent to cloth pads. I like it very much.

I'm guessing you could probably fix your mouse wheel by spraying some WD40 (or some similar sollution) on the mouse wheel encoder, of couse you do need to open the mouse first (but it's pretty easy)...

The Logitech G300 would be the perfect one for you especially if you play Skyrim. I'm still using mine since I bought it 2 years ago. The extra buttons could be used for inventory and magic and either hand could be used because they made it designed for both hands. Worth the price.

Do you use cloth pads? How's the weight? is it heavy or light?
I'll try to clean my a4tech mouse so I can use it for my left hand, thanks alot.
Anyway you pretty much sold me on the logitech. Im gonna grab it this weekend.

2 years durability sounds good. I do play a lot of RPGs that uses up most of the keyboard buttons.
I didnt know the G300 was ambidextrous, thats good since my right hand cramps after a few hours so I also use my left for skyrim, fallout, etc.
