i have found a few fans that look similar, but i need the exact spacing between the fan mounting holes to find a perfect fit for you.

You can probbly buy an AFTERMARKET cooler for that card but iam almost postitive its gonna cost you $70-$80 dollars or so! Maybe $40-$50 if your lucky and you shop around? Unless you dont mind buying a used one? Nothing wrong with buying used I bought both of my current gpus or video cards from OCN marketplace and they are still woking like new:thumb:

The space between the screw holes is 3.3cm (33mm) . The diameter of the hole is 6.2cm(62mm). I can only be as secure as the ruler and my sight. I´m sorry but those are the measures i see no matter how many times i take them.

This is the same card as yours right? http://www.overclock.net/t/1320936/tutorial-on-fixing-a-noisy-xfx-radeon-hd6870-fan

here is the fan that will fit : http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/75mm-Video-Card-VGA-Fan-FD8015U12S-39mm-2Pin-0-50A-288-/111112782524?pt=US_Video_Card_GPU_Cooling&hash=item19ded682bc&_uhb=1

its in a different color but its the exact same fan used in your card.

BTW what is the reading on your fan? is it a 0.32A version or the 0.5A version?

If by tomorrow i dont receive any replies from the suppoter center i will end up purchasing this one. http://www.amazon.com/nVidia-Sapphire-Video-Mounting-Distance/dp/B00BA08YWA/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1373601291&sr=8-14&keywords=ATI+Sapphire+video+card+fan

It does cost more but it is on amazon, i really dont trust ebay at all.
dont worry about the ebay one, i have personally bought many fans from him and have never had a single problem. The one you linked from amazon looks like a really cheaply made fan that wont last very long.

It isnt just about not trusting (I already had enough bad experiences with ebay, really avoiding it again) but the fact that were i currently live i have to ship whatever i order twice, and as stupidly this may sounds it is complicated (i can barely remember both address) while all i gotta do is click a couple of times for amazon.

I trust your point of view and i am trying to find another one yet without any luck. There are only 40mm between holes.
