I keeping my eyes on Antichamber, The Swapper, Walking Mars, and System Shock 2. Most these games were in GoGs summer sale but unfortunately my credit card was having problems going through on GoG.

Just wanted to give you guys a status update.

I installed the power supply and connected all cables. As the computer started up, it began to power up and power down repeatedly. I decided to let it run its coarse as I've seen this before, with my motherboard "figuring out" proper setting for my PC. After about a minute of that behavior it finally powered on and to my surprise decided to overclock itself. It's at 4.4 ghz right now with less voltage than I had to pump into it before for the same results.

I'm not sure why it decided to do something like that without my prompting but whatever, man. Kudos to my computer for being proactive. And thanks guys for all your help.

P.S. As a side note, my setup is now ninja status - silent and deadly. I don't hear a fan blade at all even though I'm stress testing as I type.

once u go ssd u can never go back

im serious,

i thought i could survive with my 1TB spinpoint F3 for a while after putting my 64gb crucial sata II ssd in another computer, but i ended up ordering a RAID0 sata3 setup within 2 weeks.

The access time makes too much of a difference.

im getting nearing 1GB/s read and write.
