I was going to sell this, but considering how many 7950's are up for sale at low low prices and not selling, I decided one lucky person will be able to have it for free. This is an extremely nice card, I have not overclocked it but I'm sure it does well with the 8+8 Pin connectors and Vapor-X cooler. This is the model in question. The card is in 100% working order and was my gaming card until this week. Good luck to everyone!
RULES:
1) I will ship anywhere, however I am not responsible for any import taxes, damage, losses, etc. It will be listed as a gift in the case of international shipping.
2) One post per person only, please post what you plan to use the card for - be it gaming, mining, folding, or whatever - no "in" posts. Staff are welcome to join.
3) If you have an equivalent or better card, please do not post. Give people who don't have top of the line stuff a chance, lots of gamers on a budget out there. I will be checking profiles for changes or other shady behavior when I roll for a winner.
4) Posters must have been members on the forum by July 1st 2013 with at least 25 posts, no 1 day noobie. No rep requirements.
5) Closes 17 July 2013 at 2100 Pacific time (GMT -7). I will roll for a post number with random.org, however this may take me a little time to ensure compliance with the rules. Winner will have 24 hours to respond once I PM them or I will re-roll. Posts not following the rules will be ignored in this process.
Here is a picture of what the winner will recieve:
I want to experience with Skyrim mods more, but the 1GB VRAM is limiting me from doing that at ultra settings. Mining is something new to me and I want to know how it work as well as see it in action
that card would make my pc worth something. I could actually game at resolutions higher than 800x600. I currently have a Zotac GeForce 210, I'm surprised it plays FFVII as well as it does. please, it would be awesome to win.
If i were to win this card, i would put it in my little brothers rig. I know, i already have a gtx 690 in my rig but due to recent circumstances i cant afford another card to put in my brothers computer.
Thankyou for your consideration, and thanks for the giveaway
I would love to have this card to start gaming again. I had to sell my previous 560 Ti to be able to afford one of my classes in Uni and boy do I miss the gaming. I've learned that I need to game to deload stress and life's fatigue. Would never sell this card and just pass onto my family pc after I ugrade, if i can upgrade lol.
I need a nice card for gaming. Currently using my a10-5800k/htpc as my gaming rig. I do have a fx-6300 paired with a passive 5450 and the new card would work great with this pc. I would probably try some mining too but its more a curiosity than anything.
Fun Fact: An a10-5800k in a small case can be used as an impromptu easy bake oven when the kids want to cook.
I need one for VT-d passthrough and to develop a LAN in a box for multiple gaming VMs in a LAN inside a single physical machine , only ATI works and i cant quiet afford one of these at this stage.
thanks

I'd like to win this card for my bro. He's been a console gamer for a while now but he's started to take interest in getting a gaming pc too after he saw me play Skyrim on Ultra(+graphics mod), it would really help us out to win this.
If I were to win this freebie contest, I'd mainly use the card to game. I just recently built my computer (7/7/2013, Never shall I forget this date...) but only had enough money for all the components My Build currently has installed. I still need to buy an actual monitor and new peripherals. I'm even using a crappy wireless keyboard made by General Electric. I'm using the integrated GPU on my i5-4670k, which is good for the basic games I have but cannot handle intensive games that I have in my Steam library (Yes, I was one of those guys who bought PC Games and didn't even own a computer).
Nevertheless, to whomever wins this contest, I will congratulate you ahead of time and as for Scorpion49, I thank you for bringing all of us such an awesome opportunity.
I would use it for gaming. My HD 5830 is starting to show it's age.
