Ok so i'll answer myself, that specific version of cpuz brought by Asus website kept showing me fluctuating cpu clock speed while the normal cpuz version didn't, which one do i trust?

It could be just the difference in latency, time interval at which readings are done. They don't run continually but check at predetermined intervals.

I would trust the normal CPUz. The one on Asus's website is probably not up to date.

You can't change the time interval because it's built into the program.
