I've got these 2 SSD's but only need 1 as my boot drive so I'm planning on selling the other. They're the 128/120GB variants. If you were in my situation which would you keep? They perform pretty much neck-neck and I probably wouldn't notice the difference in my everyday tasks with whichever drive I decide to go with which is what makes the decision a bit more difficult for me.

The Vertex has around 1.5 years warranty left on it while the Agility has just over 2 years left.

I have a Vertex 3 and Vertex 4. At the moment I'm building a PC for a friend and when I was down at the local shop the guy asked me why I wanted to order an OCZ SSD, Because he said they have had a lot of them returned for RMA. I was stunned Ive never had a probelm with my 2 or even the 120gb that I installed on my parents computer. I then opted for the samsung 840 series out of caution. I done some research and the controller for ocz has a pretty bad rep. Its basically a knock off of Intel's version of the controller. Basically I would keep the agility because its a later model and maybe they have sorted it out but the vertex 3 does have the worst RMA record of them all.

I say the Vertex since it's synchronous.

Or, maybe you should just run a quick bench on each and let that decide.
I wouldn't go by the sequential, personally.

BTW - I have 5 out of 5 OCZ drives that have never let me down.
