Amd Fx 8120 Temps

Thread Starter
I bouht my first PC with an Fx 8120, powercolor 7850 2gb, 8 gb 1333 ram and a Arctic Freezer 64 PRO. My cpu temp when playing games like Garrys mod can reach 50 degrees non overclocked. I would really like to overclock it to something like 4 ghz but dont know what would be the best choice of air cooling. I hope an expert can help me with this.

Budget? If you're trying to stay cheap you can't go wrong with cooler master hyper 212

I agree. The hyper 212 is the best bang for your buck when it comes to air cooling. It all really depends on what your budget is though. If you are willing to fork out the extra cash, I would go with a thermaltake silver arrow or something more high end, the cooling performance is much better.
