I'm not a huge fan of Skyrim type games, but it's had a lot of good things said about. Like you, I'm waiting for a deeper discount on it.
I'm shutting down my BOINC activities for the summer. It's just too hot here now and the power bills are steep even without the rigs crunching 24/7.
Skyrim is made of epic and win, but still, $45 is just too steep for my liking, even with all the DLC. I've been spoiled by other super sales (like Civ5 Gold edition for $10 instead of the $18.75 it is now) and humble bundles
I'm not a 24/7 cruncher because of power bills. But come summer and "winter" (winter is just a rainy summer) i won't stop crunching
The wonders of the tropic...

While i do agree Skyrim cannot be finished in under a hundred hours and it's a masterpiece, for me it is still lacking a little something
. Then again, i did buy SCII for those very same $60 on launch day, same with SCII HOTS, so i cannot be the one to judge you
