When I turned off the computer from the wall socket, the PSU made quick flash from the back the room was dark so it seemed really big, there was no burning smell or smoke, and the computer works fine, should I be worried and order a new PSU?

I had that happen once with my AX1200 i tought i killed it too but it still works fine

As you said if there is no smoke or any burn smell and your PC runs fine even when you stress your PC

So i cant see a problem

Just keep a very close eye on it for a few days

Are you still using it and how much time passed since it happened? Also since you also have an AX series when you shutdown your PC are you able to switch it on straight away or do you have to wait a minute, I think what happened was I kept clicking the Power button on the case after shutdown and then I just decided to turn it off from the wall and back on, and that's when the PSU flashed as I switched off the main socket, but when I flicked the wall switch back on the PC just booted without me having to use the Power button on the case.

Yes i still have and how long ago i cant recall

I dont turn off my PC on the power bottom at all i turn it off at the wall and unplug it when i leave

Only problem i had last week was my PC froze and refused to respond after that i turned it off at the wall and still the PC refused to boot

Tried to get it to boot nothing it was dead and i tought something had died

That left me only one option had to use the good old Windows 95 trick to get my PC working again
