got an question here....

i've got an beamer that i've linked to my videocard with an s-video cable. Now the funny thing is i can see movies, music, explorer, etc etc on my beamer... but when i start my games the image/screen is gone but i still hear sound... now i've seen the game on beamer-view 2 or 3 times but when i try the same settings it's gone...

does anyknow know how to set this beamer to the right type of view so i can view my games. or can you tell me (if you have/had one) which settings you use ?

thank you !

By beamer do you mean projector? You may have to set the resolution of the game when it is not running because it is probably starting in a higher resolution than your projector can display. I had some problems like that with my last TV/Monitor.

beamer = 1 lens projecting light, projector - 3 lences projecting light. you're right about hat. a real projector costs € 10000 or more so that has nobody for a PC, only HT fanatics, but only uses that for video !. but good thinking there (little info on projector: projectors runs on three lenses with fosfer-acid, or similar acid's. and expert said to me when a projector is worn out "lenses or worn out" the whole projector is worthless cause the glases are branded in with an image with result with a dual view. which is BAD.)

DDAAMMNN, i think you right. forgot that my rig is runing 16x12 while the beamer can max 756x?

i will thry that, THANKS !
