Borderlands 2 Bsod and restarts

Thread Starter
So I bought Borderlands 2 and a season pass from steams Summer Sales(great deal). However i go to launch the game and it freezes then Blue Screens following a PC reboot. Now i have tried the following:

1)Reinstalling GPU Drivers

2)Installing beta drivers for Motherboard

3) Reinstalling Borderlands 2

4) Launching Borderlands from Steam and the in-folder Launcher.

I have googled the problem and some people say something might be over-heating causing the BSod and others say it is driver issues. But i have re installed all my drivers. I got some friends to buy Borderlands 2 and it is working fine for them ranging from an i3 w/4850 to a i7/660.
Thanks in advanced OCN.

Well, i fixed it by doing the following:

1) Flashing motherboard to beta drivers
2) Reinstalling Microsoft framework 4.net
3) restarted PC and played.

My Solution,
Von Leon
