What you're describing seems to be something of a RAID 0+1. That the three 1TB drives are RAID 0 together and then that is RAID 1 with the 3TB drive. Like this:

How I would suggest trying to accomplish this is first with a controller that supports 0+1, but if you're also like me you may not have this - always good to double check your hardware for it though.
Next, I would try to put the three disks in a RAID 0 through the BIOS and then doing a software RAID 1 for the parody. The only problem with this model is that I have little to no experience with windows and RAID, so I would be of little assistance with that. In the least, given that your hardware supports RAID 0, that should be no problem.
