Below are the motherboard settings of my Overclock. I believe this to be the most stable memory setting for a 3.6 Ghz clock based on my research, but I am constantly getting memory errors and BSOD. I started this 3 years ago. This OC worked for a year or two then I started to get memory errors and went back to stock and still don't have these issues.

I think my memory or CPU is now damaged in some way. Symptoms include Prime 95 errors terminating test, BSOD, GPU applications not responding, memory errors, program corruption. The symtpoms got less severe (less frequent BSOD) when I changed my voltage higher than 1.2875V CPU in the BIOS. But after reaching 1.3V and still getting memory problems not even being able to run the Final Fantasy XIV V2 benchmark I gave up.

Is some other variable in my config the culprit or is my hardware simply damaged? How can I make my RAM more stable? The other values below are always constant in my tests. I included the system defaults for comparison below also.

Motherboard: Nvidia 780i SLI
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo
PSU: Corsair CMPSU-950TX 950Watt
Memory: Crucial Ballistix 4x 1GB DDR2 1066Mhz
Graphics: EVGA GTX 760 w/ ACX cooling system x1 or x2 (see other post for details:
