Make sure everything in AOD is set to Application Settings. Enhanced or AMD Optimized Settings might be causing issues. Pretty much set AOD as basic as you can
- Texture Filtering - Standard
- Surface Format Optimization - Off
- Filter - Standard
etc.

didn't work but i watched very carefully dota 2, if i try to watch a replay when he finish to load, the game is very stretched like it is 16:9 but my monitor is 1280x1024 4:3 this cause crashing also it may cause the black square issue also i'm using dvi to vga converter which might not be very good but dx11 is working well so i don't really know how to fix this, also my monitor is 75hz i use it at 60hz because if i set the refresh rate higher text is screwed up like there are 2 layers of the same text almost in the same position so it is awful you can't even read. i'm gonna try my TV 1080p 60hz to see if black quare pops out again.

*EDIT
ok guys i found the problem the 1280x1024 resolution 4:3 is the problem in DX 9 i guess i i go on my catalyst control center anel and i force the resolution of windows to 1280x720 the problem is gone. black sqaure never popped up in any game so that's all, the only problem is that at 1280x720 the "height" is stretched , and it looks terrible. i must buy a new monitor this one isn't good anymore
