It's not the unique game it's made out to be. Art style is a bit different; the opening is interesting, but it limits itself to corridors with backtracking, and as a result it gets old fast. It's a > 10 hour corridor shooter with no change of pace.

SweetFX doesn't provide really good AA. Driver hacks might work well, isn't Radeon Pro is just that? With your system you can probably run 2x supersampling.

I agree - I played through the first one recently since my brother bought me Infinite and I wanted to play in order. It took about 13 hours on normal and I got very bored about 7-8 hours in. I don't regret playing it but I didn't really enjoy it either. I've played 2/3 of the second one and once again I'm getting bored - I find the second one to be watered down a bit but it doesn't make it any less of a grind. I hear Infinite has a great story but not so great gameplay so I'm not expecting much from it either sleepysmileyanim.gif

Bioshock is a very basic FPS game at its core but it has good writing and decent atmosphere.

It's generally overrated by just about every one, but I guess if you enjoy very basic, fast paced shooters than it'll be good enough for you.
