Alphacool HF top leak

So i finished installing my water cooling parts in my PC, started filling it up and the pump top started to leak mad.gif

I don't know if you can see in the picture, the water is coming out from that little gap between the top parts

I've tightened the screw's hard, and yes, the O-ring is on the pump.

I really don't know why the top is leaking frown.gif

re-seat the o-ring it could be the problem.

Did you tighten the screws in a criss cross screw with small turns until fully tightened, to make sure the pressure applied was even?

Check the top for any imperfections, such as cracks, you may have tightened it too hard and caused small fractures in the plastic leading to the leak

I disassembled the top. This is how the O ring is sitting:



I checked the top, there are absolutely no cracks.
I'll mount it and fill it again, if it will leak i'm gonna contact Alphacool.
