Need advice with liquid cooling

I'm just starting to think of going with a liquid cooling system and I've been doing a fair amount of research on it, but unsure if this system is going to cool sufficiently.

The rad and other lc parts:

Hooking up the CPU and gpu in a parallel configuration.

My build:
Intel i7 3770k (only currently at stock 3.5 right now)
32gb corsair vengeance 1600 9-9-9-24
Asus gtx Titan 837mhz 6gb
Corsair ax1200i
Asus sabertooth z77
Western digital 1tb hdd 7200rpm
Intel 60gb ssd
Cm storm scout case

Any recommendations for different water cooling items or any advice, or will this setup keep everything sufficiently cool?

As of right now I have 3 140mm (2 on case, one on heatsink) fans and 3 120mm ones and it is loud (got it for cosmetics and the noise hasn't bothered me at all but would like to switch to a more efficient and quieter cooling system) and I don't overly want to change cases. I chose this particular rad because I'm quite certain I can fit it, and 2 fans inside on the back of the case with ease and without it really getting in the way of anything.

You're links stopped working after I told it I was in America.

I'm not sure that a single rad is going to be enough for both the CPU and GPU. You might want to try to figure out how you could fit at least one more in there.

Bare minimum would be a 240 rad, but I would get a 360 and hang it off the back. Or get a new case. And what in the world do you need with two pumps? Ditch the 655. Also, just do a serial loop, parallel is useless for your setup.
