GOOD GOD MAN is that mobo a ton better or am i throwing $5 dollars for the same thing cause im not gonna be suckered into brand wars ._. I want best price/performance ratio i can get

just so everyone knows the 6300 priced at 112.99 has a 72% better price to performance ratio compared to the 4670k and is only 3% slower in gaming applications and graphics lawl I can source tongue.gif

http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/439/AMD_FX-Series_FX-6300_vs_Intel_Core_i5_i5-4670K.html

think ill be going with the fx 6300 due to its perfomance isnt bad at all and is wayyyy cheaper and tbh if it can keep up with a 4670k in games I dont need to worry about much none gaming applications as its strictly gaming rig and I have a 3770k rig already so I am pretty set for a bit

It doesn't need to because they are both at different price points. FX 6300 is $100 cheaper so obviously it's not going to preform the same. As well, if the op is playing GPU Dependant games at 1080p or higher, the they both preform the same.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show) + 8350 thumb.gif
But i wouldnt consider overclocking on this board, the fx 8xxx line is known to throttle with a overclock on a matx boards.
