That my budget atx board of choice, but hes looking for matx however.

With a 95w chip like the fx6300 he would be able to overclock a bit (safely) with the gigabyte board that I listed earlier.

And again the v5.0 would be a good choice if you can find it:

Actually, the VRMs on the type of board he showed are like mine aren't they since he has practically the same board but in a bigger form factor, and the VRM's on my board are living fine with my current overclocks at 4.7Ghz (And a bit over stock voltage, forgot precise amount and can't be ass'd to check).
