99% sure you are wrong. Did you read the OP?

I dunno what to do. It's not the fact that it is at 99.8MHz instead of 100 either. It's the fact that I can't change it AT ALL. If I set it to 102 in the bios for example, it still shows 99.8 in Windows.. Can anyone help me get this fixed? I'm not sure what to do.
