Hey mate,

It's kinda hard to recommend anything because you didn't specify your needs. Is it gaming focused or is it computing focused? Are you going to be overclocking? If yes, what is your cooler? You didn't specify it in your SigRig. But if I'll give you everything, anyway. biggrin.gif
Overclocking (Click to show)
CPU: i5-3570k 220$
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LK 140$ (15$ MiR and 21$ off promo code)
Not Overclocking (Click to show)
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 4GB

That will leave out 215$, and you do what you want with 'em. You know, if you have money, you don't HAVE to spend it. You can save it up! Or you if you really want to, then, well, save up and get yourself another one of those GPU's. Or maybe a CPU cooler if you're overclocking. If you are, well you have two cooler options that won't destroy the looks of your system or get into your RAM's way:

If you want slightly better performance and a bit quieter cooler but lacking superb lights and looks: ThermalTake Water2.0 Extreme.

If you want slightly lower performance and a bit noisier cooler but with superb light and looks: Corsair H100i.
Don't get me wrong, the H100i and the Water2.0 are both extraordinary coolers.

Christmas! weirdsmiley.gif Oh, dreadful Christmas.

Lovely time of the year but I avoid it for purchases of technology. The reason for this is that I get the idea they mainly sell old stock to kids and immediately after the season is over they release new technology.

Nothing might be more representative of it than what might happen early 2014: TSMC may start mass production on 20nm which means new NVIDIA and AMD architectures and new Intel architecture on 14nm. In fact I suspect Intel is ready and sitting on it waiting for TSMC.

It reminds me of Sandy Bridge: Here it comes February/January of 2011 while buying right before it would be a huge mistake.

I already did. I am getting my new PC this week smile.gif

TSMC are maybe doing that for Apple, not for us lot.

Plus, Intel already released Haswell so no 14nm. That's Broadwell, next year. You nearly gave me a heart attack man...

Oh yeah, the 14nm/20nm production will start late 2013 and will ramp up early 2014. It's just that I noticed if someone is going to wait for Christmas, they'd better consider to wait a bit more.
