Major OEMs make major sacrifices to hit such an aggressive price point.
Basically, they will skimp on the CPU, memory, display quality/resolution, overall build quality, battery, or some combination of all of the above.
With that said, you might want to start here:http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=amb_link_362805182_7?ie=UTF8&emi=ATVPDKIKX0DER&field-availability=-1&field-price=00000-39999&node=565108&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=browse&pf_rd_r=1HRM9T63TQN58C9KN32F&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=1577850582&pf_rd_i=2956501011
This link is way too long. Lots of Celerons and AMD E-series CPUs. Lots of 1366 x 768 resolution panels.
The other option is to buy a refurbished or previously used laptop (to get better hardware specs). But anyway, good luck.Edited by elreyhorus - 7/21/13 at 9:00pm
