5GHz 4770K AIDA Stability test under TEC

Tuned the parameters and finally have some stability at 5GHz. At 4.9GHz it only need 1.4V but at 5GHz my sample just requires too much voltage (1.48V read by multimeter). TEC cold plate reached 4.5C during benching:

I am trying to finish Cinebench at 5.1GHz. It always fails at the last second redface.gif Vcore is already at 1.53V. How much voltage should I apply to Vcore and Vrin? I am using 1.25V now. Anyone having experience please shed some light.

That's as much as you can go with the VRin as far as I know, keeping the safety factor in mind. And if you have temps under control, then surely adding a bit more VCore shouldn't be a problem. It usually is between 0.05-0.1V at the max. There's this limit till when you gotta give more volts than your average VCore jump per multiplier.

If that was my limit, I'd play with some straps or something like that.

Thanks. How about VCCSA and PCH, should they be left at auto? Now I have them slightly up by 0.15V.
Just updated to newest BIOS. Will try again.
