Random turn off and constant restart?

I have a gigabyte ma790x ud4p board and I just bought my gtx 760 and have been messin with it for 2 days.

I turned on CS:GO, i tried to shoot one person; computer turns off, constant reboot loop nothing shows on screens. one beep, not long just short.

Now my power supply's back fan is not working. It is still under warranty. has a 5 year warranty. But if there is anything i'm missing tell me. I think power supply took a ****? or is just really hot? i tried unplugging everything to get rid of current. didn't work. items do not turn off when reboot looping like fans, etc. just everything spins and I'm not real sure what to do.

Disconnect all power leads and try jump starting the PSU and see if both fans spin normally.

I'm a little rusty on beep codes but for some motherboards 1 short beep is "normal boot successful" and I think on some others it means ram error. The codes for your particular mobo should be in the manual.

My guess is though that its a PSU issue.

Manual says it's an "ok" boot. But clearly soemthing is the matter lol....I bet it is the power supply.
