i was looking at my cpu usage now, some times they get up to 100%... there is like processor 1, 2, 3 .... i guess those are the cores right? well, some of the processors did touch 100% , but in total the processor seems to be around 40%

that's normal, especially for games that are not coded for multithreaded.

most games are only two threadded. FX8150 = 8 "lesser" cores. makes me cringe to know only two out of those eight cores are being utilized in some games. will do fine on modern games though like crysis 2, crysis 3, BF3, bad company 2 etc. they're not too many atm but in the future they will increase in number esp with the new consoles being 8 cores

only solution is to overclock.

AMD is a weaker CPU, and no I'm not being mean or trying to start a war.
and as everyone states you need to overclock.

edit:
I'd sell the FX-B for a FX-P and try and grab a FX-8320..

like jp said, oc the cpu will help in that particular game but not with that motherboard. the cpu is maxed out (usage in 2 cores) and the gpu is wanting more. but it could be the game, too, since i've been seeing complaints about fc3.

How about locking 2 cores and then overclocking. Also disable core parking. May not be using more than few of your cores. You can also try using different drivers for your card.

it's all worth a shot, troubleshooting / tweaking, whatever I'm all for it..
but in the end bro, Bulldozer (not Piledriver in this discussion) is that much of a fail.
that's why I say toss it and grab a FX-8320.
