If you're trying to bring overclocking of both chips into the equation, well, by saying "keeping Intel at stock" you implied the AMD chip is overclocked. And if you wanted to compare OC for OC, you should have said something along the lines of "keeping the chips at stock".

No one knows what the power consumption of the 9370 is like as of yet, unless you think the TDP rating means anything. IIRC even the 9590's power consumption is a bit under double that of the 4770k's, could be wrong about that though.
