Best/quietest closed loop cooler.

I imagine this has been answered a million times before, my apologies if so.
I'm not confident enough to build my own water cooling in a PC, so I'm just going to stick with these closed loop things, mostly for the aesthetics, I find that they look much better than one of the behemoth Noctua coolers.
One of the reasons I'm looking at building a new case (other than my incredibly poor decision on my previous case, the Thermaltake Overseer), is that my current PC sounds like a jet. Which is probably a mixture between the 4x20CM 'Megaflow' fans, and the stock fan on the H60.
The case I plan to get is the Corsair Air 540, which can mount up to a 360 radiator in the front (don't think I've seen a closed loop one this big).

Anyway, as I understand it, most of the Corsair ones are incredibly loud, I'm not too sure about any of the others, so I'd probably want to purchase some new fans for it, that are quiet and still give a reasonable performance. So which closed loop solution would you recommend? And which fans would you recommend to keep it as quiet as possible.

Also, I'm going for a white and black theme I believe. Or maybe black and red.

Performance wise, it would be a battle between the Corsair h100i and Swiftech h220. You could also consider a Corsair h110 or NZXT Kracken if you want 140mm fans (bigger fans, lower fan speeds for the same performance = quieter operation). If I were you, I would go with the Swiftech H220. It has great performance and has the option to expand to cool your GPU. It would also go well with your black and white theme
