amd 8350 is already a 125 watt TDP CPU you overclock it it goes further toward 200 to 250 watt depending on your overclock n the voltage you supply to it redface.gif

125W TDP has nothing to do with the CPU's power consumption. TDP stands for Thermal Design Power, which refers to the maximum amount of power the cooling in a computer is required to dissipate. Source

Also going to pick up a SteelSeries Apex keyboard, my razor is falling abart, but i really like the keys on the new death starker.

Steelseries is ok. But if you're a right-hander I really, really have to recommend a Mionix Naos mouse ($56). Ergornomic comfort is just off the charts. Very few vendors have a similar shape and it's just a crying shame. You'll realize you've always wanted a pinky rest on your mouse but just never knew it. For optical (superior, in my opinion) you can go for the Naos 3200:

If you prefer laser you can get the Mionix Naos 8200, though that's more expensive and optical is generally better anyway.

Slightly cheaper, almost as good option, the Coolermaster Storm Spawn:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826570012&Tpk=storm%20spawn&IsVirtualParent=1

Having used my Mionix Naos 3200 for a little over two years now, I can tell you its comfort, build quality, and awesomeness is just off the charts.

Its true no doubt. But your quoting the 125W TDP of the 8350 being the hard facts of it consuming more power is wrong.
