Help Fixing my U9BL

So for about a year now, my U9BL has been messed up. last summer when I went Ukraine, we had guests staying with us, and they stayed when we went left. forward two weeks, and I come upstairs to my computer, but notice something wrong right away. Some of the keys are in the wrong places, and some are in upside-down altogether.

They told me right away what happened when they saw I noticed. They were cleaning the room with the computer in it, and while cleaning around the tower they knocked down the keyboard. It took a good fall, and a lot of the keys flew out. But the worst part came when I tried turning on the lights only to see a brief flash, then nothing cryingsmiley.gif the only other thing was that the + key on the left stopped working too.

Fast forward to today, and I finally stumbled onto a fix, kind of. after seeing someone suggest checking the fuse, I did so. I saw it was burnt out, and shorted it with a glob of solder, and viola; the lights came back on... just not all of them mad.gif So now my question is, if I switch out the LEDs that aren't lit, will that fix the problem? and any way to fix the broken keys? Pic bellow

Thanks,
Oleg

Had some white LEDs around that fit and I replaced all the dead bulbs with them, so that's taken care of until I get blue LEDs. As for the broken button, anyone got a fix for that?
