Gskill 8gb ddr3 - problem ( kinda Urgent )

Thread Starter
hello guys ,
i had a laptop having i3-3110m processor , with 4gb of ram in single slot ,
after that i needed a more memory , so i upgrade to 12gb by buying 8gb ddr3 ram of Gskill,
after installed it showed 12gb of ram in laptop in dual channel ,( sucessfully)
but everytime i get SCREEN's DISPLAY MALFUNCTION and it hangs with Zigzaged ugly display ..
what can be done? i checked everything for compatibility before buying RAM's Mhz ( both having 1600mhz ) ,CAS latency (both having 11) . it is a known type of error ? OR My RAM is defective ?
O.S of laptop = win 8 64 bit

Please check Screen shots for every detail of my laptop with processor and BOTH memory slots description.

what do you mean by RAM TYPE??
Both are So-DIMM

Leave out the original 4GB and see what happens.

You can't really run a 8GB and 4GB stick in dual channel, I bet that is the problem.

My mobo having FLEX technology , it allows different size of RAMS in dual channel....
Is it like ideal to have High amount of RAM in 1st slot and less amount of ram in 2nd slot???
like i having 4gb ram in 1st slot and 8gb in 2nd slot... SHUD I change this to 8gb in 1st slot and 4gb in 2nd slot

Can any 1 tell me why 8gb ddr3 ram in 2nd SNAP of 1st post , NOT SHOWING SERIAL NUMBER??

You're mixing RAM manufacturers, so make sure you set the timings of each individual stick to what it says on the package. The only other possible solution I can think of is updating your BIOS, maybe this "Flex" technology isn't working and you need to re-flash.
