Updating BIOS will harm/affect anything?

BTW how to "SET TIMINGS for both RAMS"
As long as you use the right BIOS file and the power doesn't go out while you're flashing, you should be fine. You have to go into the memory settings in your BIOS and it will have a section with RAM timings. You can read them from the package your RAM came in, and then make sure they are the same as in the BIOS.

can you tell me what is the "flashing" you talking about??

"Flashing" means writing new data to the BIOS. You can download the latest BIOS file from your motherboard manufacturer's website and then place the file on a USB drive. Then you can insert the USB drive before booting, enter the BIOS, and use the built-in flashing utility to write the new BIOS onto your board. This is a laptop though, so I'm not sure if you will even be able to flash, laptop BIOS's are typically very constricted. You should figure out if you can change the timings for each individual RAM stick first, this is likely the problem.

if i try to download new BIOS , is it safe? i mean does that affect laptop warranty?

I'm not sure about that, you'll have to do some research into your manufacturer's warranty conditions.
