Where would the Black Ice SR1 240 perform best, Top or Bottom of the case?

Currently have the XSPC AX240 at the bottom.

Okay, well finally finished my loop. Just decided to go with the general murphy's law air flow. Heat rises.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I run a similar setup with my rads. What I do is flip that upper back exhaust fan around and use it as an intake to give the top rad cooler air to pull though it. There isnt much need to be exhausting in case heat since there really isnt much. IMO the rising heat thing that people seem to worry so much about is a gimmick. The heat is going to move where you push it with the fans.
