I've not checked that. Will check when I get home.

At a glance, it's as if those ports aren't even there. They detect nothing, yet the ones right above it work perfectly...

Will check device manager.

Found 2 items with yellow !'s.

Fixed the USB problem. The top 2 USB use intel drivers.. the bottom 2 use Asmedia drivers... (why..?...)

The only other one now is PCI Simple Communications Controller with a yellow exclamation.

It's not affecting me as far as I know.. but it bothers me to see that there..

Install Intel management engine service to make the other missing driver go away. Should be on the disk.

The reason the USB ports are on different controllers is chipsets only support "x" amount of USB 2 and USB 3 ports, so any above what the chipset natively supports requires a separate controller. Thus requiring a different driver.

I'm pretty sure I installed most of what's on the disk [except the junk].

I'd like to quickly find out but the length of my sata power cable only lets me run the disk tray and 1 hard drive at a time. The solution should be in the mail tomorrow.. (Molex to sata power converter).

Also, I boot up today and my keyboard and mouse don't work on the ports which where FINE yesterday after installing the asmedia driver. Ugh.
