That is strange, shouldn't be like that, doesn't even make sense. I think the game has since been optimized, I know it was crap when it first came out.

That is a lot of people's answer, yet SLI 670's is faster than a 780 and even a Titan. So if he can get SLI working then his current setup is faster than your suggestion.

*UPDATE*
I got the SLI bridge and they seem to be working. Though I can't turn up certain games to max still, I can at least play them above medium.
So in conclusion.
2GB GTX 670 CAN SLI with 4GB GTX 670

YOU CANNOT SLI A 2GB and 4GB GTX 670!
