Their e-mail system is HORRIBLE, but the guys are very helpful on the phone. I gave them three days after my last e-mail RMA (two weeks ago) and then called them. The RMA request never made it into the system. After two minutes on the phone, I was good to go. Even moreso, there was a glitch with my e-mail account, and the Asus rep called me twice to get things working.

In short with Asus, e-mail=very bad, phone=two thumbs up. I suggest that you find a pay phone or bum a cell phone for a couple of minutes. It'll be well worth the effort.

That's what I was going to suggest as well. Call 'em up.
