What About Newsmy Tablet?

Thread Starter
I need an android divice to watch vedio, but don't have much bedget on it, I only have no more than $200 for it. How to choose it? I need to use it to get online and mostly watch vedios. Maybe a Chinese Brand is OK? What about Newsmy Tablet? Or others? I heard both but cannot decide.

Depends on what you mean by video. Downloaded avi, mkv, etc, the Newsmy should work fine. Hulu, Netflix, etc might be problematic.

As always, you're taking a chance in quality and support if you go for a Chinese tablet. That said, the RK3188 chipset used in that tablet is decent performance-wise. Not sure where you live but you can get brand-new Tegra 3 tablets in the US for under $200 (Nexus 7 $169, Hisense Sero 7 Pro $149) and that's a safer bet than importing from China.
