Gigabyte GA-965P-S3 Knocked my socks off.

I unfortunately defibulated my p5w dh dlux and needed something to get my by until it's rma'd and back to me, so I tried the ga-965p-s3, and I was pleasantly suprised. I don't have the rest of my water system yet, so I just wanted to push it up to a stable 3.2 on the stock hsf, and unlike my dead p5w I get to change my multi now, and this board had a wide range of voltage selections, so no mods needed really unless you want to upp your rams a bit more.

Stable straight up to 457mhz fsb at 7x cpu multi, my g.skill hz are getting a chance to flex their muscles

I would definitely recommend the ga-965p-s3 as the best value C2 ocing board, and it is a real performer, for $125. No wifi, but eh...

I hope i made the right decision by getting the P5b deluxe and not this. This was my first thought because of price but then i changed my mind.

I've heard that the P5 deluxe is actually a better board for OCing. The DS3 is excellent OCing board but a lower price. The DS3 has a bios/ram problem (wall) at about 500FSB. everyones is waiting for a fix to go higher.

The part that I don't get it's the 8800 GTX in your sig and apparently on that 3DMark score, yet I don't see a GTX in that picture with the stock fan running at 457 on 1:1. Sup with that?

If that's not a GTX, what other video card requires 2 power feeds?
