No man i got one gtx 690 , but i works like a SLI.

I disabled the sli on control panel but nothing changes,
Temps Are ok , now with this problem never goes over 70 degrees LOL.

Now i will check the power cables.

Ah , i add a thing, when i boot up the system , then the win8's loading the monitor says no signal for 1 seconds before i see the laggy home screen.

It's locked hardf and solid....Now i will change the cable.....

I think he is referring to the fact the gpu is a dual gpu.

OP Sounds like your gpu may be stuck in 2d mode or power saving mode.

Yeah make sure the 8pin is in properly. Also do you have your CPU as dedicated PhysX?

Mine does the same. My monitor will say no signal for about a second, and then the login screen appears, which indicates the graphics card adjusting the resolution and display output for use.

If you can try a different PCI-E connector, as it sounds like either a software issue (try uninstall, driver sweep anything left, reboot, install with latest, try a benchmark/game) or a lack of power getting to the card.

EDIT: As someone has said above, your GPUs may be stuck in a 2D/power saving mode. Download EVGA Precision, click Voltage & Tweaks, enable K-Boost (sets the card to maximum GPU/Mem Speed non-stop, eliminating 2D Modes/Power Saving Modes) and run a benchmark and get back to us.

I changed the two pci 8 pin connectors....But nothing changes........ It can be a gtx 690 bios issue ?

You can just quickly check your settings while you download the program. Not sure with Windows 8, but in Win 7 its in Control Panel - Power Options - Create a Power Plan. Make sure its not on Power saver and then see if that helps.
