Intel D975XBX memory question

Thread Starter
I have currently 2 Ultra pc4200 sticks 1 gb each.
I want to add 2 more sticks, high >"G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory 444-12 timings"
My question is:
Can i have the combo of 4 1 gb sticks 2-pc4200 and 2 pc6400 in my xbx board?
And can I overclock the cpu without affecting the memory? If so anyone know how?

Mixing memory will cause the faster sticks to run at the speed of the slower ones. You would be better off replacing them with the pc6400 than adding it on.
