ok right now i am currently running 2700mhz and i have 1.375vcore in my bios. But, on cpuz and Everest my vcore changes from 1.375-1.42-1.44
My temps are CPU 36C And core 1 48-52c
How is this?

You should mention you did a reseat, there might be a bit of settling to the temps which means they might drop even lower over the next few days. Those temps are pretty good for those clocks. You might be able to push it to 2.8Ghz. I don't think you mentioned, what kind of cooling are you using? I think you should aim for about 60'c on core 1. Also how did you apply the AS5? I think it is advised for dual cores to put a line of it down the middle of the IHS (as the die is longer than single core dies). I did this and my core temps are nearly even now.
