Little foam pads on the back of a heat sink bracket?

Thread Starter
Know the little foam pads on the back of a heat sink bracket? Keep the metal from shorting out on the mobo, is there a source for just them on the internet? The one on my Big Water 2.0 are real torn up from all the times I changed em out and would like to replace them.
