optimal ram settings?

I'm really clueless about how get my ram settings to be as optimal as possible. If anyone could give me some input on what's optimal or if it's fine as is, then I would greatly appreciate it. Below is my current settings.

Your ram is rated to run at least 1600MHz @ 1.50V.

It seems you have it underclocked at 1384.2MHz because you messed with the Bus Speed (you used that to OC it seems.)

If you want 1600MHz, try turning down your Bus Speed to a multiple that is easily divisible into 1600MHz, like 160 MHz on the bus and increase your CPU multiplier to 25-27x.

Or try going with stock bus speed - 100MHz, and mainly rely on multiplier and voltage OCing for CPU and manually select your RAM speed in the mobo.
