Why should Intel worry?
As much as I love the red team one fact still remains
Intel's 22nm tech is still better then TSMC's 20nm tech, so Intel probably isn't so worried about AMD on that front.
Though 14nm intel chips in tablets and smartbooks is probably what intel will be aiming for at first.
We will see desktop broadwell at 14nm but probably not before 2014, at most we will see the mobile versions first.
