Computer shutting down, few questions

Thread Starter
Hey, recieved my rig two days ago, the company building it made the overclock and everything, i just plug'n'played. They done the OC in a 22-4° room, it's more close to 34° here.

Now sometimes the computer restarts during 3d mark or in gaming - or sometimes right after gaming. Crashed like 5 times so far.
The cpu is OC'ed to 4,8ghz, average temps iddle are 53°, in OCCT linpack i holded 5 mins then crashed, temps were getting close to 95°

I downclocked to 4,7ghz (same vcore same everything just changed the multiplier), gained close to 10° in indle and in occt linpack, and the system hasnt crashed yet. Isnt 10° HUGE for 100 mhz reduction ? Unless the chip is already pushed hardcore, but it's

- Can it be just the temps getting too high who were causing crashes?
-If i keep crashing, should i reduce the vcore along with the multiplier?
-Can the difference in ambiant temperature explain why it was running fine when they stress tested and crashes when it gets to my place?
- Unless the chip is already pushed hardcore, but it's watercooled by 480mm Worth of rads. Does 30-34° ambian reduces the cooling that much?

looking forward to your answers, i'm pretty worried here
the rig is in my sig if you need any info

Ambient is critical. 34C is insane. Btw, ambient makes overclock crash no matter the temps. Just to give you an idea, sometimes I boot my computer when my room is 23-24c, everything goes fine, even on windows with intensive tasks, then I need to restart, guess what? It won't boot, I have to bump the voltage by 0.01.

I think the best thing you can do right now is to first save your stable OC settings in the bios profiles and then reset the bios to the default values and see how it behaves.

I would send it right back to the company. They should fix these issues free of charge if it is stated within the warranty statement.
