Which one should I buy

I dont want to spend a lot of money, so this is what I am limited to.

Processer one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103622

Processor two
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103531

Processor two has a higher speed but processor one has L2 Cache: 1MB opppose to the first one having 512. will the one MB of cache make up for the .2 GHz?

or if anyone wouldrecomend another processor for the same price, no more then $85

Still go with the 3700 the cache will make a nice difference and you never know about the future

I would still say the 3700+ 1mb will offer more of an advantage over .2ghz. Iced

If you do not plan on ever overclocking, get the 3800+.

From what I have seen, 1mb offers a 3% performace increase over 512k cache. If you take the clock speeds, .2/2.2= 9% We all know the Sandy's OC better, but if he will never overclock, the 3800+ would be faster.

That opteron is good, but only runs at 2 GHZ. If you OC it, it could hit 2.8 or even 3, but once again, if you are not going to OC, get the chip with the highest stock frequency.
