Post your Windows booting time....[ with video if available]

Hi all,

I would like to know how long it takes for your rig to boot into windows say from BIOS done reading or even from pressing the power button, if you can provide with video it will be better, i exclude the shutdown as request here, but if you want to add this as well it will be a bonus too.

I hope also to mention the rig specifications if not listed in the sig, this will help to know the difference between each rig performance and how things could differ for some factors, i will post mine as soon as possible if i know how to do video and upload it.

Thanks!

I really should go into BIOS and optimize everything... And clean up my Startup programs... And move the MBR onto the SSD... And probably re-install Windows, it's been almost a year now.tongue.gif

Well, for booting Win 8 this should be much faster, yes, clean up your startup progs and set the BIOS for faster boot, my 3rd rig with Win 7 booting faster than that, it is almost same as my 2 LGA2011 rigs.

Nice to see the first two are using Windows 8, seems it is fine for some members then.
