Who can replace inductors on a GPU?

So I have a Diamond 7970 that I got second hand some time ago. I was told it needed a new capacitor. No big deal; I ordered one and soldered it on a couple months back. Tested. Didn't work. I didn't want to mess with it since I had a bunch of other stuff to do to the build as well, but today, I decided to take another crack at it. I soldered the cap on better, tested, still didn't work. Then I pulled the air cooler off again and this time I notice that one of the inductors is loose. I look more, and one is GONE. So needless to say, this card isn't doing diddily. Anybody know where I can get these fixed?

edit: turns out the "missing" one isn't there from the factory lol. So just the broken one needcs repaired.

Ouch!

Vintage radio repair places have always given me great luck when needing complicated soldering done.

Good luck man!
